MICHAEL GORINSHTEYN

Prior to forming Gorinshteyn & Watkins, Michael worked for a prominent civil litigation firm for over 20 years, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of personal injury and civil litigation. Immigrating to the Metro-Atlanta area as a child, Michael spent a great deal of his career dedicated to providing legal support to vulnerable and less-advantaged communities in Georgia in their struggle to obtain fairness and justice.

Bilingual in both English and Russian, Michael focuses his practice on personal injury and civil litigation providing strategic representation and counseling on a wide-range of cases from car crashes to complex motorcycle, trucking, and DUI accidents, wrongful death, and premises liability.

Michael is known for his aggressive advocacy and dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients. He believes that every client’s issue, no matter how big or small, deserves the same level of dedication and expertise, as he tirelessly pursues justice on their behalf.

Michael lives in the Metro-Atlanta area with his wife Olesia and their two children. Beyond the courtroom, he spends his days giving back to his community and being a father his girls can look up to.

TYLER R. WATKINS

Prior to forming Gorinshteyn & Watkins, Tyler R. Watkins began his legal career on cases ranging from simple traffic citations to holding multi-billion dollar companies accountable. Having learned from some of the most experienced litigators in the country, he developed a relentless drive that he continues to bring to every case.

He has worked for judges in the Superior and Appellate Courts of Georgia, been in-house counsel for local businesses, and has represented countless individuals and entities in different areas of the law. His drive and dedication to his clients have earned him a reputation for delivering personalized, results-driven representation.

Tyler believes candid guidance and aggressive advocacy is necessary to achieve the best possible outcome. Recognized for his relentless and meticulous approach, his success ranges from recovering tens of millions of dollars for clients, acquittals for the wrongly accused, and contractual relationships secured. Tyler believes every case matters and works tirelessly to ensure a client's voice is heard, their rights are protected, and their future assured.

Tyler is licensed to practice in Georgia and Florida, is barred in all federal districts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He was born and raised in the Metro-Atlanta area and continues residing there today. Beyond the courtroom, he is dedicated to giving back to the community and improving access to justice for all.

ALAN STAGMEIER

After spending years defending large corporations, doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and insurance companies in serious injury and wrongful death cases, Alan Stagmeier left behind a partnership in a civil defense firm to pursue justice for the families of those tragically hurt or killed because of the carelessness or wrongdoing of others.

He has recovered over $65 million for his clients, and his proven track record in the courtroom includes million-dollar and multi-million-dollar verdicts, as well as victories in jury trials involving allegations of medical malpractice, products liability, negligent security, premises liability and motor vehicle negligence.

He has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as one of the “Top 40 Under 40,” by Florida Trend as one of the “Legal Elite,” by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” and as one of America’s Top 100 “High-Stakes Litigators.”

Alan was born and raised in south Georgia, and after beginning his career in Florida, he moved home to Georgia to start a family. Alan, his wife Dana and their sons Isaac and Elijah live in Roswell, where they are members of St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church.
